I've decided not to use AI to correct my grammar. It's like using filters on selfies, your skin might look smoother, but it is not the reality. You might feel better temporarily but the reality might slip away from you. And by the time you notice, you will lose the ability to feel confident in who you are and what you write. It's a good temporary solution but dependency grows slowly. I don't need it to write a diary. I just want to keep track of what I am thinking.
I cleaned up my refrigerator today. It was foolish of me to choose a stylish one over a functional one because now, every once in a while, I have to clean the ice piled up in the corner of my fridge. It took me hours just to melt it down. Maybe I should have done this on a hot summer day, but I can't wait till summer. The vegetables would go bad so quickly then. I am renewing my appliances for sustainability.
Watching YouTube videos makes you kind of crazy. You don't become even an inch smarter, but sometimes you lose track of time. It stresses my body in a way that is exhausting, but I keep going through the shorts as if they mattered to me.
No they don't.
I have nothing in common with them. The cool gadgets, the organized clean rooms, I don't live in that world. I live in chaos, and I am fine with it. As long as there is peace. But when that is not granted, how can I feel safe? I need a room to be a bit more ordered to preserve my sanity.
Rachel Maddow seems afraid to criticize Israel for the war. So does Gavin Newsom. Bill Maher said he's for the war and that Israel and America are allies. Why can't they talk about the problem, though ??
" What are the objectives?" Marco Rubio already explained it.
We knew that there was going to be an Israeli action,” Rubio said after a briefing with congressional leaders.
“We knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces, and we knew that if we didn’t pre-emptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would suffer higher casualties.” (Marco Rubio)
Why is it a conspiracy theory when the officials give the same explanation as the ones criticizing the war? It doesn't make sense. Joe Kent's criticism aligns with Marco's explanation as well. And he doesn't even criticize Trump, so it is obviously not a revenge on Trump. It's no longer about facts or fiction, it's about whether you are for or against the objective of the war in the first place. Are we allowed to attack just because we "feel" the threat? Then, can I punch my neighbor in his face because I had the conviction that he was going to kill me? And went along with my hunch?
And Trump said, "You don't do a ceasefire when you're literally obliterating the other side.""
What does that mean? That we can keep on punching the neighbor who is disarmed, just like ICE did to Alex Pretti? So what IS their objective??
I promised to stay out of politics but my soul is on fire. I cannot help watching the news, and preparing for the worst case scenario. And for now, I started stocking organic chickpeas, because even if the worst comes true, I would be able to eat healthy for a while. I will keep on humming like a bird and find ways to love this world, because those who resort to violence just want to spread hatred.
